Smart Haven Corporate Rooms and Residences, a budget-class hospitality solution for the corporate business traveller, is centrally located in Kodambakkam, and is within minutes of the Central Business Districts of T. Nagar, Nungambakkam and Mount Road. We are 12 Km from the airport, 6 km from Central Railway Station and 4 Km from the US Consulate.
The Smart Haven property is unique, contemporary in design keeping in mind the requirements of the corporate and business traveler and ‘smart’ both in terms of aesthetics and value for money. The property totally comprises 5 split air-conditioned apartments of 3 rooms each with double bed/ Twin beds and an attached bathroom and a Living cum Kitchenette area. The Living area offers daily newspapers and a LCD TV with set-top box (a DVD Player can be provided on request) for your entertainment. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob-n-chimney, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, a hot-n-cold water dispenser and a full-set of crockery, cutlery, glassware and hollow-ware. We welcome our guests to make use of the kitchen, but if you aren’t in the mood to cook, you will find Menu cards in the kitchenette area for different restaurants that deliver food.
The rooms are equipped with a twin/double bed, a LCD TV with set-top box, large twin wardrobes, a life-size mirror and glass rack, a Luggage Rack, a Writing Desk and chair, a telephone with voice mail and direct dialling facility and an attached bathroom with a separate glass-partitioned shower cubicle. Fresh bed and bath linen is provided and changed regularly.
We also offer free internet access through Wi-Fi enabled broadband which is available throughout the property and we welcome our guests to avail of this free facility. In addition, we offer a Business and Conference centre in the basement area that may be used on request for a stipulated charges.
Our rates include a sumptuous complimentary break fast which includes Continental and South Indian options. All our rooms are non-smoking

A corporate executive could rent out deluxe rooms individually or could alternately hire an entire 3-bedroom Corporate Residence (3 deluxe rooms with attached bath and an exclusive Living-cum-Kitchenette) on a per night basis or for longer durations (on a monthly, quarterly or on an annual basis). We work exclusively with companies and all our guests are mid-level and senior business executives who are traveling on short, medium or extended-stays to Chennai.
We encourage our corporate customers to hire our Corporate Residences since they are an ideal alternate to 3 or 4 star hotel and guest-house accommodation for their executives and can provide significant cost savings for the company.
